Landing pages are the term given to single pages that are designed to convert a site visitor into a sales lead.
When we market online we tend to make a link back to our website the main call to action (“Click Here” to sign up etc) If we simply point this link towards the home page our users can become lost as the item they are looking for may be hard to spot or not present at all.
To overcome this we create a landing page – I.e. you click on an advert inviting you to register for a free consultation and you land not on the homepage but on a specific “landing page”.
